DUE TO THE DECLINE IN HORSE BREEDING, THE KPHBA IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING STALLION NOMINATIONS FOR FUTURE STALLION SERVICE SALES, BUT WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER CLASSES FOR ELIGIBLE FOALS UNTIL THEY AGE OUT IN 2012.

The Kentucky Paint Horse Breeders Association Breeders Futurity is a closed futurity for foals by eligible stallions.  Stallion services are donated each year or paid in by the stallion owner. The KPHBA then sells these services at half price to mare owners. Sale of a stallion's service makes his entire foal crop for that breeding season eligible.  Money from the stallion service sale is set aside for each foal crop. Breeders Futurity classes are held in conjunction with the KPHBA Fall show.   For complete rules click HERE.
