 BREEDERS FUTURITY

The Kentucky Paint Horse Breeders Association Breeders Futurity is a closed futurity for foals by eligible stallions.  Stallion services are donated each year or paid in by the stallion owner. The KPHBA then sells these services at half price to mare owners. Sale of a stallion's service makes his entire foal crop for that breeding season eligible.  Money from the stallion service sale is set aside for each foal crop. Breeders Futurity classes are held in conjunction with the KPHBA Fall show.   For complete rules click HERE.

The deadline to nominate stallions for the 2008 breeding season  is January 15 2008.  The deadline to purchase a stallion service is May 15 2008.  The deadline to keep a donated stallion's foals eligible if his service does not sell is July 15 2008.

Mare owners must be members of the Kentucky Paint Horse Breeders Association.  For a membership application click HERE.
