MARE OWNER AGREEMENT

I, _______________________________________ have read and understand the rules governing the Kentucky Paint Horse Breeders Association Futurity Stallion Service Sale.  Namely, that I must be a member of the KPHBA at the time the service is purchased and I understand that other than purchasing the donated stallion service through the KPHBA, the KPHBA is in no way responsible for my mare getting in foal.  I am not entitled to any refunds and all live foal and other guarantees are the responsibility of the stallion owner as per my contract with him/her.  I understand that should my mare not conceive in the current year, there is no guarantee that the foal resulting from a rebreed will be eligible for the KPHBA Breeders Futurity classes.  I have contacted the stallion owner and understand all fees and charges payable to the stallion owner for related services.
